We stand behind every Lumitho product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@lumitho.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@lumitho.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@lumitho.com.
